This privacy policy applies to the WhatsApp Business API integration (hereby referred to as "Integration") provided by Anandkumar (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Integration allows the Service Provider to send and receive messages through WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

When you communicate with the Service Provider through WhatsApp, the Integration may collect and process the following information:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your WhatsApp profile name
• The content of messages you send to the Service Provider (text, images, documents, audio, video, location, or other media you choose to share)
• Message metadata such as timestamps, delivery status and read status

The Integration only receives messages that you send to the Service Provider's WhatsApp Business number, or that are sent in reply to a message initiated by the Service Provider. It does not have access to your other WhatsApp chats, contacts, groups or your phone's contact list.

The information collected is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the service you requested
• Send you transactional messages, notifications and updates related to that service
• Send you promotional messages only if you have given your consent (opt-in)
• Maintain records, prevent abuse and improve the quality of the service

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc. as part of the WhatsApp Business Platform. The Service Provider may disclose your information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers (such as hosting and messaging infrastructure providers) who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message, by blocking the Service Provider's WhatsApp number, or by contacting the Service Provider at richianand1990@gmail.com. Once you opt out, the Service Provider will stop sending you messages through the Integration.

The Service Provider will retain message data and your phone number for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete the data you have provided via WhatsApp, please contact them at richianand1990@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Integration is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in your country). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (richianand1990@gmail.com) so that they can take the necessary actions, including deleting such information.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Messages are transmitted using WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption between you and the WhatsApp Business Platform, and the Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By messaging the Service Provider through WhatsApp, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
